Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I just sign up for two weeks?   Why is it a 3-month agreement?

A.              Carrie Jeske has developed a proprietary process that has proven effective in securing employment in under 3                  months.  Inventive Ideas is the expert and do not accept shorter term agreements because we want to achieve                  long term career results for you.     We know your  best comes alive when working our process through completion.

Q. I can’t afford $500 a month.  Is there a less expensive option?

R. Workbooks are available online at a reduced price and include a 15 Q&A session.   While many do find working through the process on their own valuable, most discover that it’s the individualized coaching time with Carrie that really allows them to excel at finding work.    Facebook discussion boards are planned for the future.

Ask yourself a question.  How much money are you losing each month by NOT working?

Since it’s guaranteed.  You really have nothing to lose.   Consider This.

About The Program

This is a practical and relevant coaching plan to help you determine what  job would be best for you then takes you through the steps to find it, get it and do well at it.

Each week is dedicated to instruction, facilitated      discussion, role-play and interviewing accountability.  Participants will set career goals, send out resumes and receive encouragement and constructive feedback from real interviews.  They will be inspired and coached to enjoy the benefits of working.
